Your Outlook history, and everything after it
Connect Outlook once — twelve months of email history becomes contacts and companies, new mail arrives on its own, and you choose what teammates see.
A year of Outlook history, imported the moment you connect
Most tools hand you an empty workspace and a CSV importer. Dopia reads the last twelve months of your Microsoft 365 mailbox instead, so the people and companies you've actually been emailing are already records by the time you sit down.
- →Threads and attachments come across too, not just a list of names
- →Historical messages attach to the records and deals they belong to
Every message after that arrives on its own
The import happens once. Staying current is the harder half, and it's where most CRMs quietly fall behind. Microsoft tells Dopia the moment mail touches your Outlook, so a reply that landed two minutes ago is already on the record.
- →Sent and received both land, so the record carries the whole exchange
- →Replies join the thread and the deal they already belong to
- →Attachments follow the message they arrived on
You decide what your teammates see
Connecting a personal mailbox to a shared workspace usually means handing over the whole inbox. Dopia asks first: right after Outlook connects, you pick how much of your email the rest of the workspace gets, starting from private.
- →Four levels: share nothing (the default), metadata only, subject and metadata, or full access
- →Change it any time under Settings → Connections, with a live preview
- →A hidden email stays hidden in search, on records and in previews alike
